We do our best to get your order processed within 24 hours. Shipping on items range from a few days to a few weeks. Most of our items have the estimated shipping times in the description of that item.
Our Standard Shipping times are currently averaging 5-10 days, following a 2-3 day processing time. Please allow extra time during holiday season. Sometimes products will arrive in separate packages in order to expedite shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience. We ship worldwide and all orders are trackable via your country's national shipping service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.)
If after 8 weeks you do not receive your item, we will happily reship your item to you at no additional cost as long as you entered the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery and has been confirmed by the postal carrier.
For International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, fees, tariffs, or any other government fees, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events, public holidays, or any other issues. Please check with your home country’s policies in regard to taxes/duties.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Please allow additional delivery time during holidays. If a significant delay in shipment is expected, then we will contact you via the information you provide at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially with orders shipped from overseas.
